Training for Compiling Scientific Work References Using the Mendeley Application for PIAUD Undergraduate Students FAI Nurul Jadid University 2022

Abstract

You must be able to create solid and accurate scientific papers as a student. One need is to know how to organize references using tools like the Mendeley desktop application. The automatic operation of apps to make citations and compose bibliographies on scientific papers is one of the technological demands on students' abilities that must be able to adapt to the times. This course aims to give participants knowledge and comprehension of the Mendeley desktop application's reference composition process. Collaboration and participation between the implementation team and participants comprise the method adopted. The training's outcomes demonstrated the participants' passion, added understanding, sharpened abilities, enhanced the process of choosing and organizing references, and made it simpler to automatically generate citations and bibliographies without having to type them by hand.
