Abstract

The main challenge faced by fish cracker MSMEs in Pesisir Village, Besuki District, is the need for computer access and digital marketing skills to enhance business promotion and efficiency. This community service activity (PKM) aims to provide assistance to help MSME actors overcome these issues, particularly in utilizing digital media for marketing. The service activities include training on digital marketing strategies, assistance in creating creative marketing content, and facilitating the expansion of sales networks. The proposed solutions involve practical training in content creation such as short promotional reels and digital posters, as well as efforts to build sales connections in various locations where PKM team members reside. Preliminary results show the successful creation of several promotional contents and the identification of potential sales partners in several regions. Through this assistance, it is expected that fish cracker MSMEs can improve the quality of their promotions, expand market reach, and ultimately enhance competitiveness and sustainable income.
