Increasing Attraction and Succes Through Nature Leadership in Madrasah

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Nature Leadership Increases Attraction and Suggestion. Data collection is done by means of interviews and field observations and documentation. Then the data were analyzed using reduction and display data of sources and methods from this research. Using descriptive qualitative methods will allow in-depth study and understanding of social situations to find the best examples, generate hypotheses and lead to emerging theories. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that Nature Leadership in Increasing Attraction and Success in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Abror Asembakor is in line with the way the Madrasah Principal leads himself and others in a way that can be done efficiently. This ability allows the principal to delegate tasks appropriately and avoid unnecessary chaos and determine in efforts to achieve school goals that have been set.
