Manuscript Structure

  • Introduction

The Introduction should provide the background, research problem, summary of previous relevant studies, knowledge gap, research objectives and argument/hypothesis. It should be written as a single, coherent chapter without subtitles, clearly highlighting the study’s novelty and contribution to the field.

  • Research Methods

The Method section should describe the research design, data collection methods, population and sample, data sources, data collection techniques, data analysis procedures, and ethical considerations. It should provide enough detail for replication or verification, including steps to protect participants' rights, confidentiality, informed consent, and research integrity.

  • Results and Discussion

The Results section should present all original field data obtained through interviews, observations, questionnaires, surveys, documents, or other techniques. Findings must be fully reported and aligned with the research objectives. Data can be supplemented with tables, figures, graphs, or diagrams, which must be numbered consecutively and have descriptive titles. Results should be clearly explained, accurate, and evidence-based.

The Discussion section should provide a logical interpretation of the results, linking them to relevant literature, explaining their implications for theory and practice, highlighting the study’s contribution to the field, and addressing study limitations. Suggestions for future research may also be included. The Discussion should be narrative and cohesive, without bullets or numbering.

  • Conclusion

The Conclusion should briefly summarize the main findings and their implications in a conceptual and narrative form. Avoid introducing new data or analyses and do not use bullets or numbering.

  • Acknowledgment

Authors may include an Acknowledgment section to recognize individuals, institutions, or funding agencies that contributed to the research. This may include financial support, technical assistance, or academic guidance. The section should be concise, professional, and acknowledge only those who contributed directly to the study.
