Implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum at the elementary school level represents an important transformation of the education system in the digital era, where technology has become an integral part of the learning process. This study examines the implementation of learning technology integration in the Independent Learning Curriculum, identifies supporting and inhibiting factors, and proposes strategies to strengthen curriculum objectives. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method to explore the application of learning technology in elementary school education. Data were analyzed descriptively to identify patterns in technology use, teacher readiness, infrastructure, and learning resources. The findings indicate that successful integration of learning technology depends on adequate infrastructure and digital access, teachers' digital competence, and the availability of technology-based content and learning applications that match students' characteristics and learning needs. However, disparities in infrastructure access and quality, as well as limited teacher competence in utilizing and integrating technology into learning, remain significant challenges. The study suggests that strengthening digital infrastructure, teacher professional development, and contextualized technology-based learning resources is essential to optimize curriculum implementation.
