Focus and Scope
Managere: Indonesian Journal of Educational Management is a peer-reviewed journal published by Universitas Nurul Jadid, East Java, Indonesia. The journal focuses on Applicative Management of Islamic Education, highlighting innovative and adaptive approaches in managing Islamic education across formal and non-formal institutions.
Its scope includes, but is not limited to, the application of Islamic values in educational management, transformative leadership in Islamic education, human resource development in Islamic schools and madrasahs, curriculum design and management, as well as the implementation of modern and contextualized management practices inspired by Islamic principles.
The journal emphasises a progressive and solution-oriented perspective that harmonises spiritual, moral, and professional dimensions, aiming to address contemporary challenges, enhance institutional quality, and ensure sustainability in Islamic educational institutions.
