Post-Publication Discussion

Educazione: Journal of Education and Learning encourages open, constructive scholarly discussion of published articles as an essential part of the scientific process. This policy explains how readers may raise questions, comments, or concerns about work that has already appeared in the journal.

Submitting Comments: Readers who wish to comment on a published article, request a clarification, or raise a scholarly concern are invited to contact the editorial office directly, citing the article title, author(s), DOI (if available), and a clear description of the comment or concern.

Editorial Review: All post-publication comments are reviewed by the editor-in-chief or an assigned section editor. Where appropriate, the original author(s) will be given the opportunity to respond before any further editorial action is taken.

Letters and Commentaries: Substantive scholarly critiques may be considered for publication as a letter to the editor or commentary, subject to the journal’s standard peer-review and editorial processes.

Serious Concerns: Where a comment raises a substantial concern about the validity, originality, or ethical conduct of a published study, the matter will be handled in accordance with the journal’s Correction and Retraction policy and the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

The journal is committed to ensuring that post-publication discussion is conducted professionally, respectfully, and in the interest of maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record.
